1. Introduction

Welcome to RTS Renovation & Maintenance. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RTS Renovation & Maintenance provides maintenance and renovation services including but not limited to:

  1. AC installation and maintenance
  2. Plumbing services
  3. Electrical works
  4. Painting services
  5. Civil works and renovations
  6. General maintenance services

All services are subject to availability and site inspection where required.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on site conditions and material costs.

Any additional work not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.

Final cost will be confirmed before execution of additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Advance payment may be required before starting work.

Remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.

Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients must inform at least 24 hours before scheduled service for cancellation.

Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a service call charge.

Advance payments for materials already purchased are non-refundable.

6. Warranty Policy

Warranty is provided only for services explicitly mentioned in the invoice.

Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or third-party interference.

Warranty period (if applicable) will be mentioned on the invoice.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe and clear access to the work area.

Ensure electricity and water supply (if required for work).

Inform about any hidden defects or prior damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

RTS Renovation & Maintenance shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing structural defects

Indirect or consequential losses

Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, material unavailability, government restrictions, or unforeseen site conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
