Welcome to RTS Renovation & Maintenance. By accessing our website at rtsrenovation.com and using our renovation and technical maintenance services in Dubai and across the UAE, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all service enquiries, quotations, contracts, and projects undertaken by the Company. Continued engagement of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Scope of Services
RTS Renovation & Maintenance provides a comprehensive range of professional renovation and technical maintenance services in Dubai, including but not limited to:
Quotations & Pricing
3.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations issued by RTS Renovation & Maintenance are valid for 7–14 days from the date of issue, unless an alternative period is expressly stated in writing.
3.2 Variable Pricing
Prices may vary depending on the following factors discovered during or before works commence:
- On-site conditions identified during inspection
- Fluctuations in material costs or supply availability
- Access restrictions or unforeseen structural complications
3.3 Additional Works
Any scope additions beyond the original quotation will be communicated and agreed in advance. Additional works will be priced separately and require Client authorisation before execution. The final cost will be confirmed before proceeding.
Payment Terms
- An advance payment may be required prior to commencement, particularly where materials must be procured in advance.
- The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of works, unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing.
- Delayed or outstanding payments may result in the suspension of active or scheduled services.
- Accepted payment methods include: cash,bank transfer, and other approved methods confirmed at invoicing.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment.
- Cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a service call charge to cover travel and mobilisation costs.
- Advance payments for materials already purchased are non-refundable, as these costs are incurred on the Client’s behalf.

Warranty Policy
6.1 Coverage
A warranty is provided exclusively for services explicitly listed on the official invoice. The scope and duration of any warranty will be specified on the relevant invoice at the time of service completion.
6.2 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper operation of installed equipment or systems
- External physical damage caused by third parties or accidental events
- Modifications or interference carried out by third-party contractors
- Damage resulting from force majeure events (flooding, fire, or acts of God)
6.3 Claiming a Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, contact RTS Renovation & Maintenance in writing within the warranty period, providing the original invoice and a description of the issue. The Company will assess and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Client Responsibilities
To facilitate safe and efficient service delivery, the Client agrees to:
- Provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the designated work area before and throughout the works.
- Ensure an adequate and functioning electricity and water supply where required for completion of works.
- Disclose any known hidden defects, existing damage, or relevant property history that may affect the works.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present on the premises during execution of works.
Limitation of Liability
RTS Renovation & Maintenance shall not be held liable for any of the following:
- Pre-existing structural defects, latent building issues, or undisclosed conditions prior to commencement
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the provision of services
- Delays or failures caused by external factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control
- Loss of income, business interruption, or economic loss related to any service delays
Delays & Force Majeure
RTS Renovation & Maintenance strives to deliver all services within agreed timeframes. However, the Company shall not be held responsible for delays arising from:
- Adverse or extreme weather conditions affecting safe working practices
- Unavailability of materials due to supply chain disruptions or import restrictions
- Government restrictions, regulatory changes, or public authority directives
- Unforeseen on-site conditions discovered during the course of works
- Any force majeure event beyond the Company’s reasonable control
In the event of a delay, the Company will communicate with the Client promptly and propose a revised timeline wherever possible.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or any associated service contract, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
Clients are encouraged to seek resolution through direct communication with the Company in the first instance before pursuing formal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
RTS Renovation & Maintenance reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Company’s website at rtsrenovation.com.
